Linux-Support.com is a portal for topics regarding Open Source Software, open license models, hosting and operation of IT systems based on open standards like Linux, FreeBSD, NetBSD a.o. Professional support is provided for a large number of open source products. Additionally you find documents and informations that are related to Open Source in common and how to integrate third-party systems into Open Source strategies of enterprises.

Support requests and incidents are collected at our Support Help Desk, where all kind of requests and support inqueries are coordinated. To transmit support requests, to view the status of incidents and open requests a valid account is required (for more details there is an article available with information how to Create Accounts. Support is provided to international customers in all time zones!

Linux-Support.com is providing support to a number of topics related to open source software, integration of third-party software like database systems and operating systems. Additionally we do provide services on planning, conceptual design, expansion and optimization of software and the operation / administration of applications and server systems that may be provided on request or that are reachable via networks.

How to manage support requests and what does it cost?

Requests of any kind will go into our request tracking system. If you are requesting support you will receive an estimate or an offer without any obligation. If you are agreeing we will start work right away, else the request will be closed - without any obligations and costs!
